Combined Transfer Service Overview
Your transfer includes two stages:
1) Hong Kong Airport to Hong Kong Macau Port:
After arriving at Hong Kong Airport, you will be picked up by a van (Hyundai H1 or similar) that can seat up to 6 adults.
You will then be dropped off at the Hong Kong Macau Port.
2) Hong Kong Macau Port to Macau Ferry Terminal:
You will travel by ferry (Cotai Water Jet or Turbo Jet) from Hong Kong Macau Port to the Macau Ferry Terminal.
Note: The guest must manage this below (free) shuttle service, which is provided by 5-star hotels in Macau.
This route will not be visible on the website as this is not a paid service
3) Macau Ferry Terminal to Macau Hotel:
A free shuttle bus service is available from the Macau Ferry Terminal to your hotel in Macau.
Applicability:
This combined transfer service is available only if you are staying at a 5-star hotel in Macau, as these hotels provide complimentary shuttle service between the hotel and the Macau Ferry Terminal.
Your transfer includes three stages:
1) Macau Hotel to Macau Ferry Terminal:
From Macau Hotel you will be picked up by a (Free) Shuttle Bus operated by 5 star hotels.
You will then be dropped off at the Macau Ferry Terminal.
2) Macau Ferry Terminal to Hong Kong Macau Port:
A ferry ride (Cotai Water Jet or Turbo Jet) from the Macau Ferry Terminal to Hong Kong Macau Port.
3) Hong Kong Macau Port to Hong Kong Airport:
A van (Hyundai H1 or similar) with seating for up to 6 adults will take you from Hong Kong Macau Port to Hong Kong Airport.
This combined transfer service is available only if you are staying at a 5 Star hotel in Macau, as these hotels do not provide a complimentary shuttle service between the hotel and the Macau Ferry Terminal.
Please note effective October 2020, any foreign tour booked, shall attract 5% TCS (which is 100% refundable on IT returns) This amount will be collected separately from individuals once the booking is made on the website. This has an overall 0 effect on the transaction. Effective 01 October 2023, TCS will be revised to 20% (which is 100% refundable on IT returns).
Please be advised that this is a quote based on the requirements, as multiple services are involved Flights+Hotels+Activities+Transfers, some of the services may be subject to a price change/ unavailability. The operations team will notify you of such changes if any post booking, and shall offer alternate arrangements or refund of the unavailable services if any.
Please bear in mind that the standard check-in time as per international standards is 3:00 PM and 11:00 AM is the checkout. Early/ late check in & check out can be requested at the discretion of the hotels.
